MLL Middle Grades Teacher

Middle School ESL Teacher to join Sugar Creek Charter School. Responsibilities include planning and instructing small ESL groups with differentiated activities, implementing guided reading and math instruction, supporting ESL students and teachers, training and professional development, analyzing data to identify misconceptions, monitoring progress, reinforcing school behavior plans, meeting weekly with the ESL Coordinator, and participating in parent/teacher conferences. Required skills include experience with ESL students, a North Carolina Teaching License, and a bachelor\'s degree; ability to collaborate with grade-level teams, instructional coaches, and support staff; and commitment to data-driven instruction and ongoing professional growth.
