MLL/Instructional Resource Teacher

Job Summary
Instructional Resource Teacher split role between coaching teachers and delivering targeted student interventions. Leads professional development and modeling of best instructional practices, collaborates with staff to design and implement differentiated instruction, analyzes data to identify students needing support, develops targeted intervention plans, and contributes to curriculum development and the school’s redesign work. Requires a valid teaching license, a Bachelor's in Education or related field (Master's preferred), ESL Specialist/Consultant Certificate, and experience delivering PD and coaching to teachers, with a focus on ESL/ELL/SEI/TESOL and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification/license
- ESL Specialist/Consultant Certificate
- Proven experience as a classroom teacher with a successful track record of improving student outcomes
- Experience in providing professional development and coaching to teachers
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, assessment practices, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and software for instructional purposes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
