Job Summary
Hotel housekeeping supervision role overseeing room cleanliness and housekeeping staff at Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Responsibilities include guiding and supervising Room Attendants and Junior Ambassadors, coordinating maintenance work orders for guestroom furnishings, conducting routine guestroom inspections, monitoring and restocking linens and cleaning supplies, ensuring adherence to brand standards and MSDS safety requirements, handling lost and found items, reporting room damage, maintaining staffing levels, mentoring Associates, preparing performance and productivity reports, and motivating the team to maintain high morale and efficiency while supporting energy conservation and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One year housekeeping experience required
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
- Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s)
