Job Summary
Subcontractor Installation Crews needed for Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin. 1099 subcontracting teams to perform window and door installations, removals, and site tear-down with world-class customer service. Responsibilities include setting up work sites, installing/removing windows or doors, cleaning up per guidelines, and maintaining customer-focused communication. Requires a minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling/carpentry experience, metal brake and truck/trailer, insurance and business license, valid driver’s license, and the ability to provide your own crew. Industry-leading compensation and year-round work. Training provided.
Required Qualifications
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling/carpentry experience
- Must have metal brake and truck/trailer
- Must possess insurance (worker’s compensation and liability), and business license
- A strong focus on customer service and communication
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must provide your own crew
