Job Summary
Generate leads and appointments at retail spaces by engaging homeowners to educate them on custom windows and doors. Build rapport to create interest and set meetings with the sales team. This role requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with an hourly wage starting at $18 plus bonuses. You must possess assertive, self-motivated negotiation skills and reliable transportation to travel between branded booth locations. Paid training and full benefits including a matched 401K are provided.
