Job Summary
Onsite installation and removal of windows and doors; lead and train crew; evaluate and respond to factors affecting customer expectations, job costs, and code performance; maintain product and installation knowledge; ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after installation; uphold strong customer relationships throughout the project.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and clean driving record
- At least THREE years experience installing windows and/or patio doors
- Experience using a metal brake and wrapping windows
- Experience installing inserts, full frames, and interior trim
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Previous foreman or lead experience is a major plus
- General tool knowledge
- General knowledge of safety practices
