Job Summary
As an Events and Retail Marketer in Wisconsin, you will generate leads and appointments at events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), RSVP dinners, home shows, and retail sources; engage homeowners to educate on our products; assist in setup and teardown of tables, booths, and related materials; and act as a brand ambassador to promote products. The role offers an hourly base of $18 with generous bonuses, full-time benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401K), a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. Requires a professional, outgoing demeanor, travel to events, and physical ability to lift equipment and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
- Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to fit tent inside
