Job Summary
Investment Banking Vice President responsible for designing, originating, structuring and executing mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory, global capital markets, financial risk management, structured and syndicated finance, and related products for Industrials & Diversified Industries. Duties include conducting quantitative industry and company research, drafting pitch books with industry materials, modeling corporate finance alternatives, performing due diligence, assisting in financing structuring and transaction execution, and developing client relationships. Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship for work visas is not offered. Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office is required. Position is based in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
- minimum of 6 years investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
