Job Summary
Conduct extensive quantitative economic, industry, and company research; draft pitch books with detailed industry materials; and model corporate finance alternatives, due diligence, and valuation analyses for buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates. Facilitate idea generation with relevant Mizuho | Greenhill groups while developing client presentations focused on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Assist in the evaluation, preparation, and execution of M&A transactions, including discounted cash flow, comparable companies, and precedent transaction modeling. Cultivate client relationships and provide input on pitch and deal materials to enhance deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 years investment banking, corporate finance, and M&A experience with a top tier investment bank
- OR an MBA concentrating in Finance and a current Vice President (or equivalent) at a top tier investment bank
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets and risk & pricing analysis
- Experience in M&A Investment Banking
- Proficiency with FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Microsoft Office Series 79 & 63
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Ability to perform financial modeling, valuation, comparable & relative value analyses and market-specific analysis including building discounted cash flow, comparable companies, precedent transactions, leveraged buyout and merger combination analyses
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate idea generation and solutions development with relevant groups across Mizuho | Greenhill
- Ability to develop and prepare client presentations and materials with a focus on quality, accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to assist in the evaluation, preparation, due diligence and execution of M&A transactions
- Ability to assist in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets and risk & pricing analysis
