Job Summary
Miyosmart Manager leading sales initiatives in a designated territory with a focus on training and enhancing product knowledge for general trade, conducting market research, preparing product presentations, and driving brand growth. Responsibilities include training internal staff on new products, improving eye-care dispensing skills among ECPs, setting up client meetings, generating sales and financial reports, executing visibility norms and merchandising standards, tracking competitor activity, implementing promotions, resolving product and billing issues, maintaining key customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining brand visibility. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field, 5–10 years in optical dispensing or customer-facing roles, strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences. The role is located in Delhi, India.
Required Qualifications
