Job Summary
Lead and manage the crisis accommodation team, providing guidance and support to staff members while ensuring compliance with legal and organisational policies. Develop and implement effective support plans for clients tailored to their individual needs, and monitor service quality to drive improvements. Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team members, and collaborate with external agencies to enhance service delivery. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client support and team performance. Respond to crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in social work, community services, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a crisis accommodation or similar environment
