Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the store by supporting the Store and Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while maintaining health and safety standards. Delegate tasks to team members, track workload completion, and manage accurate stock levels including wastage and incoming inventory. Maintain a clean, tidy environment with relevant and organized tea samples, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked with all ingredients and non-consumables. Step in to manage customer inquiries and implement business changes during manager absences, fostering an exceptional customer experience through leading by example.
Required Qualifications
