Mixologista (Bartender) | YOSO

Mixologista (Bartender) prepares drink orders for guests according to specified recipes, opens and serves wine/champagne, and sets up and maintains the bar and related tools. Prepares fresh garnishes, stocks ice and glassware, transports supplies to the bar setup area, cleans as needed, and processes all payment methods including cash handling and bank reconciliation at the end of the shift. Adheres to safety and security policies, protects company assets, welcomes guests, builds positive working relationships with coworkers, and maintains quality standards throughout the shift. Reads and verifies information, stands and moves for extended periods, and handles physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Develops teamwork, communicates effectively, and completes additional duties as assigned by Supervisors.
