Job Summary
Mixologist role at Kolter Hospitality delivering guest-focused beverage service. Responsible for setting up, preparing, and serving beverages including signature cocktails, checking IDs, knowing menus and specials, aiding in bar promotions, engaging guests professionally, processing payments, maintaining a clean/bar stock, performing opening/closing procedures, complying with liquor laws, reporting repairs, and following safety procedures.
