Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measuring systems while issuing, opening, and serving wine and champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and tools; prepare fresh garnishes, stock ice and glassware, and transport supplies to the set-up area. Wash soiled glassware, remove wares to designated areas, and anticipate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods, count the bank, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure storage areas. Perform closing duties and ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and maintaining professional appearance.
