Prepare classic and signature cocktails at the highest standard, contributing to seasonal menu development. Recommend drinks to guests to create memorable moments, actively communicating to build a pleasant bar atmosphere. Collaborate with the F&B team on special events and degustations while adhering to Swissôtel and Accor hygiene and quality standards. Introduce new trends and creative approaches to the bar concept.
