Job Summary
Verify room release status before starting Mixing and Granulation operations. Operate Mills, Co-Mills, Vibro Sifter, and Loading/Unloading Drying Ovens while performing "A" and "B" cleaning of "V" blenders and PIAB. Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of quality products in full cGMP compliance. Verify weighing scales, check calibration status, and confirm ingredient weights against PBR entries. Record all steps and maintain Production batch records after each batch. Keep the staging area and workspace neat, clean, and organized.
Required Qualifications
- 1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
- Maintain 100% cGMP & compliance
- Learn and Operate Mills
- Operate Co-Mills
- Operate Vibro Sifter
- Operate Loading/Unloading Drying Ovens with Trays
- Perform 'A' cleaning of 'V' blenders
- Perform 'B' cleaning of 'V' blenders
- Perform 'A' cleaning of PIAB
- Perform 'B' cleaning of PIAB
- Maintain dedicated equipment list
- Follow established process
- Operate or tend machines to mix or blend or Granulate
- Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Verify the weighing scales
- Check the calibration status
- Check and verify the ingredient weighed in Pharmacy against PBR entries
- Report any discrepancy to Supervisor or designee
- Check/Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands
- Ensure conformance establish Standards Procedure
- Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards
- Record entries of each step after completion
- Maintain the Production batch record after each batch
- Keep room neat, clean and organized at all time
- Be familiar about the staging area for Mixing and Granulation
