Job Summary
Operate and monitor all equipment within the Mixing Department, preparing, batching, and standardizing products according to production specifications. Accurately complete required production, batching, and quality documentation while performing manual cleaning and automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures. Weigh ingredients under direction, obtain raw milk samples for testing, and report any equipment or product abnormalities. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures. Assist with training new employees and support other team members as needed. Day shift Monday through Friday with rotating weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Must be able to perform physical duties associated with working in a manufacturing environment
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment background check
- Must successfully complete drug screening
- Must successfully complete physical fitness testing
- Must be available for rotating weekends
- Must be available for day shift (Monday–Friday)
- Must be available for 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, dairy processing, or a related production environment
- Previous experience with batching, mixing, CIP systems, sanitation, or food processing equipment
