Job Summary
Scale and measure ingredients, condense partial pallets daily, and program liquid and dry bulk systems for mixers. Set up mixing platforms using pre-scales, read batch tickets, and operate assigned equipment while maintaining a clean work environment. Complete production documentation, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and cross-train on other machines as needed. Ensure lines start on time with support groups to minimize downtime. This role requires 12 months of continuous manufacturing experience, adherence to safety habits and GMPs, and good attendance.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of continuous work experience with the same employer in a manufacturing environment
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Practice good safety habits and have a good safety record
- Practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Have and maintain good attendance
- Practice good housekeeping always
- Must be able to work with support groups to make sure lines are ready to start on time and minimized downtime
