Job Summary
The Mixer Operator is responsible for delivering quality concrete safely and efficiently while adhering to all applicable laws. Key responsibilities include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading, handling, delivering, and unloading concrete, and maintaining truck cleanliness. Ideal candidates should possess a Class B Commercial Driver's License, have one to three years of related experience, and demonstrate the ability to lift 45–70 lbs regularly. A professional demeanor and positive attitude toward team collaboration and customer service are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a current Commercial Driver’s License (minimum class B)
- Valid State of Texas commercial driver’s license required along with a 'violation-free' Department of Motor Vehicle record
- One to three years of similar or related experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Ability to obtain a valid medical examiner’s card
