Job Summary
Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites. Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications, while performing pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks. Deliver excellent customer service at every job site by representing SRM Concrete with professionalism, and follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols. Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems, coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling, and assist with general plant or yard duties as needed. Work consistent local routes with no Sunday work, earning competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Class A or Class B CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Commitment to safety
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders/stairs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
