Job Summary
Join SRM Concrete as a Mixer Operator responsible for safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading, and delivering concrete products to construction sites. Candidates must have a valid CDL Class A or B license, a current DOT Medical Card, and a proven safe driving record. The role requires physical capability to lift heavy loads and work in varying weather conditions, as well as strong teamwork and reliability. Adherence to safety protocols and timely delivery of products while interacting professionally with customers are essential. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Proven safe driving record.
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions.
- No unexplained gaps in employment history.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
- Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, SRM’s pre-employment physical, and consent to background checks, including Clearinghouse and MVR checks.
