Job Summary
Join SRM Concrete as a Mixer Operator, where you'll operate concrete mixer trucks, ensure safe and efficient loading and delivery of concrete, and maintain customer service standards. Responsibilities include conducting pre-and post-operation checks on vehicles, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Qualifications include a valid CDL Class A or B license, a current DOT Medical Card, a proven safe driving record, and physical capability to perform the job demands. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential, with previous experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Proven safe driving record.
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions.
- No unexplained gaps in employment history.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
- Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, SRM’s pre-employment physical, and consent to background checks, including Clearinghouse and MVR checks.
