Job Summary
Operate production equipment and prepare mixing vessels for unloading and blending while inspecting containers for cleanliness and integrity. Fill containers per batch cards, complete work orders in the ERP system, and maintain accurate batch documentation. Load and unload box trucks, tanker trucks, and containers, including moving raw materials to production vessels. Perform inventory counts, track material stock, and prepare shipments via UPS and FedEx. Adhere to all safety policies, provide spill containment, and participate in site safety committees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills
- Precise and accurate in dealing with figures and details
- Ability to lift bags and other containers up to 50 pounds in a safe manner as directed
- Ability to move drums up to 500 pounds with mechanical equipment in a safe manner as directed
- Ability to operate all types of Forklifts and other related motorized vehicles in a safe and proficient manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Positive team oriented attitude
- Reliable attendance
