Job Summary
Mixer Driver role with BURNCO Texas involves training and safely operating a Ready-Mix truck in urban and rural construction sites, performing routine equipment maintenance, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free, and complying with safety protocols and DOT requirements. Must have CDL (Class A or B), at least 1 year of driving experience (including mixer experience), be prepared for irregular hours and Saturdays, pass required checks and tests, and be willing to relocate between plants as needed. Home nightly with a full-time, benefits-loaded schedule and opportunities for bonuses and a safety-focused team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- At least 1-year general commercial driving experience or Mixer driving experience
- Ability to pass MVR, background check, drug & alcohol testing and a physical assessment
- Ability to work irregular hours and on Saturdays
- Flexibility to work with other BURNCO Plants based on business needs
- Commitment to safety, customer service and teamwork
