Job Summary
As a Production Associate at Key Resin Company, you will be responsible for obtaining raw materials, measuring and dispensing into mixing vessels, preparing chemical batches, and performing color matching to meet customer specifications. You will also clean and prepare vessels for production, fill and label containers, package and deliver finished products, and monitor inventory levels. The role requires 1–2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs., and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be self-directed with solid problem-solving and math skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of relevant manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to see and differentiate colors
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Proven job stability and longevity in previous roles

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-directed with good problem-solving abilities
- Solid math skills, including converting weights and measurements
