Job Summary
Stage and measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product, then operate batching tanks and mixers to exact specifications. Conduct visual quality checks, collect in-process samples for lab testing, and adjust formulas as needed. Clean and sanitize equipment while documenting all activities in SAP. Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and uphold safety standards in a wet, chemical-friendly environment. Requires high school diploma, GMP/OSHA knowledge, and ability to lift 80 lbs. Full-time 12-hour day shifts at the New Albany facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (with heavy knowledge on math and reading)
- Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing
- Basic knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and to wear your PPE correctly
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Comfort working around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
