Mixer 2nd and 3rd Shift Only

Mixer position on 2nd and 3rd shifts responsible for combining raw ingredients into dough according to a predetermined formula to produce consistent batches for the processing line. Duties include working with others to maintain a clean, GMP-compliant work area; managing time during product changeovers; obtaining and weighing ingredients; mixing dough to specified characteristics; ensuring proper dough consistency; operating and maintaining PIT equipment with valid certification; completing paperwork accurately and communicating changes to the next shift; recognizing equipment issues, assisting with maintenance reports, and aiding in training new employees. Requires ability to perform basic math, read formula sheets, stand and lift up to 50 lbs (shared weight up to 100 lbs), and follow company policies and lot-tracking procedures.
