Job Summary
Mixed Signal Hardware - Engineer responsible for hardware design across the product lifecycle, including requirement definition, testing/verification/characterization, documentation, and BOM preparation. Must perform EMI/EMC/Automotive EMC/transient testing, derive design requirements, draft schematic/layout, and support new development while maintaining safety, quality, and documentation. Requires expertise in high-speed mixed-signal board design, experience with micro-processors from TI, Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm, DDR/LPDDR memory interfaces, and interfaces such as Ethernet, SATA, MIPI DSI/CSI, Gig Ethernet, HDMI. Proficiency with lab instruments and capability to analyze and resolve EMI/EMC issues and perform board bring-up. Education: BE/M.E or B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent. Location: Ahmedabad, India; Time Type: Full time.
Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 4-8 years experience in hardware design
- Experience on stages of Product Development Lifecycle with high speed and mixed speed board design
- Hardware design of micro-processors (TI, Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm)
- Memory interfaces DDR2/3/4/5, LPDDR2/3/4/5
- Interfaces Ethernet, SATA, MIPI DSI/CSI, Gig Ethernet, HDMI
- Board design (multi-layer), Signal integrity and Power integrity
- EMI/EMC/Automotive EMC compliance
- Laboratory instrumentation (multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, logic analyzer)
- English communication and documentation skills
