Job Summary
Mix Operator I responsible for packaging finished products in bags (5, 10, 25 and 50 pounds), setting up and monitoring packer scale weights, and ensuring bags conform to specifications. Duties include pulling samples for the Mini-Lab analysis, attaching labels, keeping packing areas clean, training new personnel, operating forklifts, and working flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The role requires reading and writing in English, ability to work unsupervised, physical tasks (lifting, standing on concrete, exposure to noise and temperature changes), and adherence to safety training. Training is provided, with opportunities for relocation assistance as available. Location: Hereford, TX, USA.
