Job Summary
Perform equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting while executing weighing, dispensing, and mixing operations under moderate supervision. Conduct in-process control sampling and testing during coating processes, assist with changeovers including cleaning and material movement, and maintain strict 5S standards. Complete basic documentation tasks such as downtime tracking and material labeling, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and DEA regulations. Support final production closing and batch record reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Work the 3rd shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 AM Monday through Friday in West St. Paul, MN, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
- Standing for extended periods, performing physically demanding tasks
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as required
- Exposure to chemicals, solvents, and production machinery in a controlled environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for night shifts
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for various shifts
