Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator II for the Mix Coat line on 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, M-F) at the West St. Paul, MN site. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting with moderate supervision; weighing, dispensing, and mixing; assisting with equipment changeovers and material movement; in-process control (IPC) sampling/testing during mixing/coating; maintaining 5S standards; completing GMP/FDA/DEA documentation and batch-record material reconciliation; contributing to process improvements and upholding company values. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-3 years in manufacturing, basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel), and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime.
