As Prada / Miu Miu Client Advisor, guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Client above all, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador. You convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada / Miu Miu Brands. You hold yourself accountable to achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service for both in store and on ecommerce channel. Responsibilities include placing the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment; exceeding individual sales targets and KPI goals; maintaining expert knowledge of products, history, culture and DNA; capturing Customer data into CRM; embracing Omni Channel; discussing fashion trends; resolving Client complaints with management; utilizing digital tools for a complete luxury experience; hosting customer appointments in person or virtually; collaborating with Back of House; ensuring compliance with procedures and stock controls; and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace.
