Job Summary
Assembles MitraClip device subassemblies and finished goods per approved manufacturing procedures, rotates across 7-8 stations to relieve WIP, and trains others on procedures. Maintains clean room standards, employs 5S for station layout, identifies quality issues and collaborates with Engineering to resolve them, and handles complex assembly steps for multiple product types (NT, NTR, XTR, NTW, XTW, G4-NT, G4-XT, TriClip). Responsible for changeovers, precise microscale work under a microscope, suture knotting, bonding, UV curing, and loading a catheter with a 51-page procedure, while ensuring safety, quality, and accurate documentation. Shift: 2nd Shift (Menlo Park, CA) with a focus on maintaining production flow and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum 4 years Related work experience
