MitraClip Operations Coordinator I - 2nd Shift

Develop action plans to hit required output and perform production reviews to ensure high-quality product release before shipment. Assemble MitraClip device subassemblies and finished goods using heavy microscopy, soldering, complex gluing, and precise component alignment while adhering to approved manufacturing procedures. Manage daily line operations by rotating operator stations every four hours, designating a Stretch Lead, and maintaining WIP management with minimal supervision. Document issues on DBTH and hourly tracking forms, communicate safety concerns to leadership, and remediate compliance or Quality System gaps as needed. Operate independently from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, supporting the Structural Heart division's mission to restore health through structural heart disease solutions.
