Job Summary
Mitigation Technician for water and storm damage cleanup; performs drying/out procedures with extraction and drying equipment; provides excellent customer service to property owners and communicates job progress to clients and insurance representatives; responds on a 24x7 on-call basis; requires ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in physically demanding construction-related tasks; requires high school diploma or GED and IICRC WRT or equivalent training; proficient in basic math, reading/writing English, and basic software usage (Microsoft Office).
Required Qualifications

- IICRC WRT certification or equivalent class; or 1-2 years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
