Job Summary
Clean and dry internal areas of damaged property using specialized equipment to identify wet items, remove drywall and flooring, pump water, and clear debris. Provide excellent customer service by communicating job updates and progress to property owners, insurance representatives, and the Project Manager. Respond 24x7 as needed for emergency water and storm damage cleanup across various sites. This labor-intensive construction role requires physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds and climb precarious heights. Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed the IICRC WRT course or another industry recognized/approved class
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports, correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization in the English language
- Knowledge of industry related software
