Entry-level Mitigation Technician role. Respond to property damage calls (water, fire, storm). Learn restoration processes and earn IICRC certification paid by the company. Start pay $23-$26/hour based on availability and certifications; $500 signing bonus after training and 90 days. Paid IICRC certification, overtime opportunities, and clear path for advancement from crew member to supervisor/manager. Training provided; work with real equipment; full-time, year-round work at Avon, CO location; requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to be on-call.
