Mitigation Technician

Conduct high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager. Maintain a clean, properly stocked truck and all company equipment. Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary. Assist other team members and perform warehousing and facility tasks when opportunities arise. Lead the mitigation effort to restore properties following disasters such as floods and fires, focusing on delivering excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
