Mitigation Technician

Entry-level Mitigation Technician needed at our Avon, CO location to respond to property damage calls (water, fire, storm). You'll learn restoration science, operate drying equipment, perform demolition, and help homeowners on their worst day. Paid full training leading to IICRC certification, with career advancement opportunities and OT available. Qualifications include 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to be on-call. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required. Starting pay $23–$26/hour, plus a $500 signing bonus after training and 90 days; 16 locations across 7 states for internal transfer. What you’ll do: respond to calls, extract water, set up drying equipment, restore contents, and work with a crew; learn psychrometrics, structural drying, and microbial remediation; communicate with customers during emergencies.
