Job Summary
Mitigation Technician responsible for managing and completing restoration jobs per work orders, responding to service calls, coordinating job flow, ensuring safety procedures, maintaining documentation, and supervising production work. Includes performing and coaching production staff, facilitating add-on sales, and communicating with commercial, insurance, and residential customers to meet project needs and exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC WRT Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in restoration mitigation
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness for continued learning and growth, leadership abilities
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods
