Job Summary
Mitigation Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining radon mitigation systems; demonstrate equipment use to customers and troubleshoot; build relationships with customers; follow company procedures. Tasks include inspecting, diagnosing airflow (pressure tests), installing materials and piping for ventilation, occasional roof boots and light digging, post-installation testing, and documenting job details. Represent the company professionally, provide excellent customer service, and work as part of a team with strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Requires a clean background, valid driver's license, and ability to work in field environments with daily local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- NRPP certification for radon mitigation, or ability to obtain this certification within established timeline upon hire
- Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently
