Mitigation Technician

Conduct high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the Mitigation Manager's supervision. Maintain a clean, properly stocked truck and all company equipment. Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary. Assist in warehousing and facility tasks when needed, while supporting other team members and leading efforts when opportunities arise. Focus on delivering excellent customer service to those affected by disasters.
