Job Summary
Perform high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager. Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process while keeping your truck and equipment clean, stocked, and well-organized. Be on-call as needed and accessible by phone for emergencies, and step into leadership roles when guiding fellow team members. Assist in facility-related tasks and work closely with colleagues to restore homes and businesses after disaster strikes. This role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime, lift 75 lbs frequently, and holds a valid driver's license with a clean record.
