Job Summary
Conduct water, mold, smoke, and fire mitigation and restoration on damaged properties, supporting cleanup and technical correctness of completed jobs. Travel to client sites while utilizing phone, cell, text, email, and internet for communication. Work with other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining flexibility for weekends and nights. Apply general labor and construction experience to resolve task-oriented problems independently. Utilize DASH, Xactimate, or Symbility if available. Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RESTORATION EXPERIENCE TO APPLY
- Must be able to have flexible availability including weekends and some nights
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have practical experience in general labor/construction
- Must be able to work with other technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job
- Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet
- Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge on DASH, Xactimate or Symbility is a PLUS!
