Job Summary
Maintain all equipment daily by cleaning, repairing, and checking in/out while completing warehouse inventory to ensure supplies are ready for emergency jobs. Serve as the point person for facility needs including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning, while performing general labor on job sites and assisting with dry-down procedures and mold remediation in residential and commercial settings. Drive to job sites and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during on-call rotations every 5-6 weeks, with availability for overtime and emergency responses. Heavy lifting is required, and you will train with experienced staff to master restoration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual and physical labor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (DMV)
- Available to work overtime and respond to emergency situations
- Willingness to work overtime and work flexible hours as needed
- Demonstrated ability to run production
- Able to use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively
- Able to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- On-call week that includes NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS every 5-6 weeks rotation
