Job Summary
Mitigation Supervisor coordinates and performs restoration projects as front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, supervising Mitigation Technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing safety, workflow, and resources. Responsibilities include coordinating restoration processes, communicating clear expectations, maintaining safety practices, documenting job files, managing labor and equipment usage, coaching technicians, and liaising with the Restoration Manager and office staff. The role requires lifting and physical tasks, regular travel with local focus, and 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. work hours, Monday–Friday, with some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations. Local Augusta, ME location with a full-time schedule and hourly compensation ($25-$30/hr). Education/experience emphasis on high school diploma/GED with preference for IICRC certifications and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- Experience in a supervisor role preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
