Job Summary
Mitigation Supervisor oversees restoration projects from start to finish, assigns and coordinates work activities, supervises Mitigation Technicians, ensures a positive customer experience, maintains safety and quality controls, documents detailed job files, manages labor and consumables, coaches and trains technicians, communicates with the Restoration Manager and office staff, and handles vehicle and equipment maintenance. The role requires a full-time schedule (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday) with extended hours and travel as needed, including some evenings and weekends; compensation is $25–$30/hour and geared toward experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Experience in a supervisor role preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
