Job Summary
Mitigation Supervisor oversees restoration projects and coordinates Mitigation Technicians to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality cleaning/restoration services. Responsible for supervising activities, communicating expectations, coordinating restoration processes, identifying and controlling safety hazards, maintaining detailed job files, managing labor and consumables, coaching technicians, liaising with the Restoration Manager and office staff, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. Includes ongoing development of restoration expertise and performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Experience in a supervisor role preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
