Job Summary
Mitigation Project Manager responsible for overseeing the project cycle for the mitigation department, coordinating field activities of technicians and trade partners, estimating losses using Xactimate for water, fire, and mold mitigation, managing job lifecycle and communications with insurance professionals, supervising crews and subcontractors, planning and organizing resources, participating in design, process and permit submittals, and maintaining client relationships; requires 3+ years in water mitigation with supervisory experience and strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related water mitigation experience, including supervisory experience
- Xactimate experience preferred but willing to train
- IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are preferred
- Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
